How do I deliver my artwork ?
Delivering artwork to Prairiesignmakers in the correct format is important. Print ready artwork reduces the time it takes us to recreate or vectorise your designs for printing and further design work. Refer to our Artwork Guide lines for further information.
If you don’t have your original art files, its no problem. Our design team can recreate your original artwork from scratch or create a fresh new look. Please click here to make an appointment with a graphic designer.
Can I make an appointment to discuss my artwork and work one on one with a graphic designer ?

Do I need a council permit for my sign ?
Yes, in some cases a permit is required. Please check with your local council obtain an application form. We are always happy to supply full colour signage mock-ups to assist with your application. If for any reason you cannot apply for an application yourself or would like assistance then we can apply on your behalf. Please contact us to discuss your application details and for service fees.

Can my sign be delivered ?
We deliver many of our products for free in our local area and freight nationally and worldwide through FedEX, Tas Freight and GHT. Please contact us to make arrangements with alternative carries or to discuss freight costs.
We will detail delivery and shipping in your quote if required.
Can you colour match from a picture or old graphic file ?
Yes, we can. We prefer artwork to be supplied with Pantone (PMS) colours for the best possible result. If you are unable to provide these we can match the colours as closely as possible to your picture and send you a proof to review. We can also print a sample colour for a small fee prior to printing.

I need a corporate logo, how much does it cost for original Graphic Design services ?
Our Graphic Design services are very competitively priced at $100 per hour.

How do I accept a job once I am happy with the price and design ?
We accept official order numbers and written approval via email or fax for quotes and or artwork proofs if applicable. Manufacturing will commence only when final approval has be accepted.
What is a layout / mock -up / proof ?
This terminology refers to a plan or design that we create in response to your needs as you have described them. We use this to display how the finished design work might look when applied your car/building/business card, etc.
We provide one layout/mock-up/proof of your design as part of our free, no obligation quoting service. We provide 3 changes to refine the design but any changes made after that are charged at our graphic design rate of $100 per hour. It is important that you check your proof carefully to avoid additional charges.

When will my sign be installed ?
We make every attempt to install signage as per our installation estimate detailed on your quote. However we reserve the right to change installation times and dates due to hazardous weather, material supplies and other factors beyond our control. In this instance we will contact you to re-book an installation time.
How long does it take to wrap my vehicle ?
It usually takes 1 – 2 days to wrap a medium sized vehicle. We like to wrap vehicles in our own workshop, a controlled and clean environment. We are able to wrap on site at your premises for an additional charge. We prefer delivery of the vehicle before 9am on the morning of installation and will organise a pick up time on a case by case basis depending on the size and complexity of the job. All vehicles are required to be washed and free of wax, dirt, existing signage and residue adhesive. Any cleaning and preparation will be charged at a rate of $60 per hour in addition to the quoted price.
Can I use Bartercard or American Express as a payment option ?
No, we do not accept Bartercard or AMEX.
